    He was born to James and Eliyamma in Nalumukk a locality near Kudappanakunnu and Peroorkada in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.[4] He attended St. Mary's Higher Secondary School, Pattom, Trivandrum and studied at Mahatma Gandhi College, Thiruvananthapuram.
